Change can be painful. We planned for it.

What you do today has worked up to this point. The week in between is the part that has to go right.

If the fleet runs on a whiteboard and spreadsheets. Nothing about that is wrong. It's how most fleets start, and it works up until the day the one person who keeps the whole system in their head is out. The move to Carrier Companion is the same board, the same week, with the system doing all the remembering.

If you're leaving a system you've run for years. Then you already know the drill: the workarounds, the spreadsheet you keep because the system can't, the report only one person can pull. What you've built in that system comes with you. What you built around it goes away.

What moves with you

Customers, drivers, equipment, documents and rates come into one system, with an audit trail behind them from the first day.

What you set up yourself

Integrations, EDI, roles and document templates are set up in the interface, with the help text right there on the screen. The things that used to need a vendor ticket don't anymore.

Who answers

A small team that answers quickly, without layers of approval in the way. The people who built the product are the people you talk to.

What goes away

The whiteboard. The seven spreadsheets. The shared calendar. The workarounds you built because the old system didn’t have solutions. The report only one person knows how to run. The question that used to take three phone calls to answer.

FAQ.

How long does the switch take? +
A fleet moving off spreadsheets is a different job from one leaving a system it has run for fifteen years. The first call is where we figure out which one you are, and you'll get a straight answer on timing before you commit to anything.
What happens to our current data? +
It comes with you. Customers, drivers, equipment, rates, documents and load history move into Carrier Companion, so nothing you've built over the years stays behind in the old system.
Do we have to stop running loads while we switch? +
No. The board you're on today keeps running until the new one is ready, and the cutover happens on a day you pick.
Our customers send EDI. +
Set it up easily, in the interface. 204s in, 214s out, and the rest.
Who do we call when something's wrong? +
A small team, without layers of approval in the way. The people who built the product are the people you talk to.
