One platform for the people who run the fleet.

Simple on the surface. Deep where you need it.

Three things sit under everything in Carrier Companion. Loads, trips, drivers. Loads build into trips. Trips land on drivers. Built for how the fleet office already works.

Product UI
Live tracking

Know before it's asked.

The first screen after login is every live asset on a map, with breadcrumb trails, ELD pings, fuel and asset condition. Business-health numbers and a live-events feed you program yourself sit alongside it. The customer calls, and the answer is already on the screen.

Image
Dispatch and trip planning

Assign the day in one pass.

A drag-and-drop calendar for planning a driver's week, with the same data in a list and on a map. The system checks linear footage before two loads share a trailer, pulls trucks from the right terminal, and keeps a record of every change.

Image
Quote to invoice

From the quote to the invoice.

Set your rates ahead of time, by lane, weight and equipment, truckload or LTL. When a customer books or a broker asks, the load lands on your board already priced. The POD attaches to the load, the invoice comes out of the same record, and driver pay settles from it too.

Image
Integrations and EDI

The tools you already run, connected.

ELDs, telematics, mileage tools and your customers' EDI, connected from inside the platform with the help text right there. No systems admin. No vendor ticket.

Image
Driver app

One app in the cab.

Trips show up on the driver's phone. Pickups, deliveries, photos and signed PODs flow back to your board and attach to the load as invoice backup.

Image
Roles and guardrails

Guardrails, built in.

Custom roles from granular permissions. Credentials and endorsements that block a bad assignment before it happens. An audit trail behind every change.

Image
Pricing

Priced by the trip, not by the seat.

Add a dispatcher, add a planner, add the office manager. The price follows the loads you run, not the people who log in.

FAQ.

How does Carrier Companion help me manage pricing? +
You set rates ahead of time, by lane, weight range, equipment and service area, truckload or LTL. After that the rates answer for you: a customer books against them, a spot quote on the phone runs against them, and the load lands on your board already priced. Through open APIs, the same rates can show up inside brokers' own systems.
How do I see what needs to be dispatched today? +
The board. Unassigned loads sit where you can see them, next to the trucks that are free, and the same plan shows as a list, a calendar or a map. The system can also match available trucks to open loads and price the match from your rates, so the morning starts with a proposal instead of a blank week.
Does it rate LTL? +
Yes, natively. Most asset systems rate truckload only. An LTL rating engine used to be something only large carriers with an IT budget could afford. A twenty-truck fleet gets the same engine here.
Will it connect to the ELD we already use? +
That's the idea. ELDs, telematics, mileage tools and your customers' EDI connect from inside the platform, with the help text on the screen. You set it up; nobody waits on a vendor. If the one you run isn't there yet, we build it.
Does it handle invoicing and driver pay? +
Yes. The POD attaches to the load, the invoice goes out from the same record, and driver settlement (per mile, per hour or a percentage of the load) comes off it too. Fuel, detention, lumper fees and lease payments sit alongside, with margin visible at the load level.
Is there a driver app? +
Yes. What the driver marks on his phone shows up on your board: pickups, deliveries, photos, signed PODs.
Can I control who sees what? +
Roles built from granular permissions, and the menu changes with the role. Credentials and endorsements (CDL, hazmat, tanker) block an invalid assignment before it happens. Every change leaves a record.
